Rivals: Michigan # 13

Rivals.com continues their countdown of the Top 25 teams in the land. Michigan recently checked in at number thirteen. Editor Kendall Rogers has provided the most extensive preview of Michigan (or any other Big Ten program, for that matter) thus far.
